University + co-op my choice
Computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering.
After comparing cost, length, and job results, I would choose a university program with co-op for both strong education and real work experience.
Computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering.
Programming or software development with a practical focus.
Faster and cheaper, with a portfolio carrying more weight.
Small projects
become real
evidence.
I can build these skills by teaching myself to code and practicing often. FreeCodeCamp and Harvard’s CS50 course let beginners learn at their own pace. I can make simple websites and games, then post them on GitHub to create a portfolio that shows what I can do.
Group projects will help me practice communication and teamwork, which are just as important as coding.
